About:

Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School (CRIPCS), the nation’s first adult charter school and a national model in immigrant education, seeks a dynamic, strategic Vice President of Advancement to lead fundraising, communications, and external relations. This role will grow annual fundraising from $1M to $2M+, elevate CRIPCS’s brand, and strengthen partnerships that support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead an integrated advancement strategy for fundraising, communications, and marketing.
• Manage a talented development and communications team.
• Secure major gifts, foundation/corporate support, and government funding.
• Oversee strategic communications to strengthen brand and community reach.
• Cultivate high-value donor relationships and expand CRIPCS’s philanthropic network.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in fundraising, communications, and leadership.
• Proven success securing six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Experience managing comprehensive fundraising campaigns.
• Strong leadership, brand management, and partnership-building skills.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and serving immigrant communities; Spanish fluency preferred.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary $146,000–$176,200, plus benefits
• Hybrid schedule (Mon–Wed in-office).
