LEAD Edu is looking for a Director of Development to lead our fundraising strategy during a pivotal moment of growth. We're a small, ambitious team, and this role will shape how we resource the next chapter of our impact.
This person will be an entrepreneurial, strategic thinker who will expand our capacity to cultivate major donors and institutional partners, design and execute a multi-year campaign, and build the systems and culture that sustain long-term philanthropic investment in our work.
The ideal candidate brings: → 5-7+ years in high-level fundraising or business development → Direct experience leading major fundraising campaigns → The ability to thrive in a build-phase environment with grit and agility → A genuine connection to our mission in education, sport for development, or international development
