Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

A search is underway for the Development Director of OSG, a Northern Virginia nonprofit creating communities where adults with developmental disabilities can live full, connected, and self-determined lives.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic fundraiser with five or more years of nonprofit fundraising experience and a demonstrated record of cultivating and securing philanthropic support. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, organizational, relationship-building, and public relations skills, along with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

The Development Director will lead OSG’s fundraising strategy – strengthening existing support while developing new sources of revenue and expanding the organization’s philanthropic reach. This is an opportunity for a development professional who can think strategically, build meaningful relationships, communicate OSG’s impact compellingly, and translates opportunity into results.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong  commitment to inclusion, dignity, belonging, and the full participation of adults with developmental disabilities in community life. CFRE certification is a plus.
